Just wanted to say how much Carla and I appreciate your service. For example: Our GMC van. The folks at GMC told Carla that we needed to spend $800.00 to fix the cooling system because it was leaking. You looked at it made a correction or two and saved us over $750. You are a life saver.

Esther and I just wanted to make sure we took the time to thank you for the great work you did on our Miata a few weeks back. We also wanted to thank you for taking the time to make both of us comfortable with you and your work. We were given your card by a friend a couple of years back and regret waiting as long as we have to turn to you. Joe, as I mentioned, my 99 Ford Explorer was missing and the check engine light was on. I took it to one of those neighborhood service repair centers, you know, the ones who sell tires with the same name. They charged me a $69.00 diagnostic fee to tell me I had a bad fuel injector, and they would be happy to repair it for $698.00. A friend of mine in my office told me about you. You came highly recommended. So, when the time came to get this fixed I called to set up an appointment. We discussed the estimate to repair the injector, and your estimate was considerably less than my previous quote.

When I brought the car to you, you took the time to do your own evaluation. I want to tell you I really appreciated the time you spent to be thorough, because as we both know now, there was no fuel injector problem at all. You changed out the spark plug wires at a fraction of the original estimate and the car runs great.

You will have my business from now on, and I will be telling all my friends as well.

I wanted to thank you for the brake job on my 2001 F250. I had gone to the Ford dealership and Midas and received two completely different stories. When I called you let me know that it was ok to go away for the weekend without any safety issues. It was very convenient having you pickup the vehicle and deliver it when it was done. Just wanted to give you some feedback on the truck. I took it to East Texas this past weekend and she drove OK. Brakes feel good and no vibration. Got about 19 or 20 mpg best I could tell which is a little better than I have been getting of late. You did leave a receipt. It was right on the dash in plain sight. I paid $199.56 which is $.01 short. I did this prior to noticing the receipt. I owe you a beer.

Thank you so much for the prompt service you have provided to me in servicing my vehicle over the last several months. You always put your customers first as evidenced by my emergency water pump disaster over the Christmas holiday. I was scheduled to leave town early Christmas Eve morning. You I believe were leaving the day before on Tuesday. Monday evening I discovered antifreeze all over the floor of my garage. I called you and you came by to check it out. Even though you had a family commitment that evening, you returned, picked up my car about 10 pm and returned it repaired about 1:30 am. That is service that I have never known. I can’t tell you how very much I appreciate your customer service pledge, and that you take the time to explain things to me, so I will understand what my options are. To Potential Customers:

I own a 2001 Chevy Silverado, and I am not the best at maintaining the truck's components and fluids.  At about 126,000 miles, I had never serviced my brakes and consequently drove my rear piston into the rear rotor.  I received a suggestion to go to a friend of a friend, and ended up at a place in Frisco.  Based on their inspection, they wanted to change all 4 calipers, replace the emergency brake, replace all rotors, shoes and pads.  The service totaled an astounding $1,400.00.

With the shock at the price, I was informed through a network connection to take my truck to Joe.  In frustration, I brought my truck to Joe at Solutions Automotive.  I had never met him, but knew from my wife that he was a member of the BNI, which is a local network for industry leaders.  Joe took my truck that evening, inspected and diagnosed my problems by the next morning, and had my truck back to me quicker than I expected.  Not to mention that he showed me what was actually wrong with the truck's brake system (which was half of the work the previous auto-center said was "necessary").  The results were perfect, my truck stops as it did when I bought it, and he saved me half of what the other auto-center suggested I needed to pay.  The day after I picked up my truck, Joe called to insure that the work was completed properly and to get feedback on my satisfaction.  I have never encountered an automotive mechanic like this ever, and Joe will be my mechanic for life.  Thank you for so much, Joe.
